Revival Nights — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for and attendance at Revival Nights ("the Event"), hosted by Revive All Nations and Reviving Nations Ministry ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for the Event, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Event
- Event: Revival Nights
- Dates: Thursday 9 July & Friday 10 July
- Venue: 929 Disselboom Ave, Wapadrand, Pretoria
- Hosted by: Revive All Nations & Reviving Nations Ministry
2. Registration & Entry
- Entry to the Event is free. Registration is required to secure your seat(s).
- Registration is for the number of seats indicated at the time of booking. Please register only for the number of people who will actually be attending.
- A confirmation will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided at registration.
- We reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry to anyone who does not comply with these Terms, who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or where venue capacity has been reached.
- Registration does not guarantee a specific seat or seating area within the venue.
3. Changes & Cancellations
- We reserve the right to make changes to the Event programme, schedule, speakers, or venue if circumstances require it. Where reasonably possible, we will notify registered attendees of any material changes via the contact details provided at registration.
- In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled or postponed in full, we will notify registered attendees as soon as reasonably possible.
- As the Event is free to attend, no monetary refunds are applicable.
4. Conduct
By attending the Event, you agree to:
- Conduct yourself respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, volunteers, and venue staff.
- Follow any reasonable instructions given by event staff or organisers, including instructions relating to safety, seating, or venue capacity.
- Not bring any item prohibited by the venue or by law.
We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the venue whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without compensation.
5. Health & Safety
- Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. While we take reasonable care to provide a safe environment, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from your attendance, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- If you have any medical condition that may be affected by attendance (for example, by crowds, lighting, or sound levels typical of a worship/conference setting), please take this into account before attending.
- Please follow all venue safety instructions, including emergency exit guidance.
6. Children & Minors
- Attendees under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the Event.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of any minors in their care throughout the Event.
7. Photography, Video & Audio
- Photography, video, and audio recording may take place during the Event for the purposes of documenting, promoting, and sharing the Event (including on our website, social media, and future promotional material).
- By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the general audience, and to the use of such material as described above.
- If you do not wish to be identifiable in photography or video, please inform event staff on arrival so reasonable accommodation can be considered (for example, seating away from filming areas). We cannot guarantee complete exclusion from wide/crowd shots.

8. Communications
- By registering, you consent to receiving communications related to the Event via email and/or WhatsApp, including your registration confirmation, event reminders, and relevant updates.
- You may opt out of non-essential communications (such as future event promotions) at any time by contacting us using the details below. Essential communications relating to an event you've registered for (such as reminders or schedule changes) may still be sent.
9. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the venue.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and materials associated with Revival Nights (including the event name, design, and promotional material) remain the property of Revive All Nations and Reviving Nations Ministry and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
