Revival Nights — Privacy Policy

Revive All Nations and Reviving Nations Ministry ("we", "us", "our") are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you register for Revival Nights ("the Event"), why we collect it, and how it is handled.
1. Who We Are
Revive All Nations and Reviving Nations Ministry are the joint organisers and responsible parties ("Information Officers") for the personal information collected through Revival Nights registration.

2. What Personal Information We Collect
When you register for the Event, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile/WhatsApp number
- Address
- Gender
- Number of seats/tickets requested
- Any additional information you voluntarily provide to us in connection with the Event (for example, in response to follow-up communications)
We do not collect payment information, as entry to the Event is free.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information you provide to:
- Process your registration and confirm your seat(s)
- Send you your event confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp
- Send you reminders and updates about the Event
- Manage check-in and attendee records on the day of the Event
- Follow up after the Event (for example, to invite feedback or testimonials, where you choose to provide them)
- Maintain a record of attendees for our own internal administration
- Where you have separately and explicitly indicated you would like to share this with us, record your personal response during the Event
We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the Event without first obtaining your consent.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, given at the time of registration, and/or because processing is necessary to provide you with the service you requested (registering for and attending the Event).
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers who help us deliver the Event and related communications (for example, providers that help us send email or WhatsApp messages, or that host our event registration and records system). These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform the specific services we have engaged them for, and are required to keep it secure.
We will not share your personal information with any other third party without your consent, unless required to do so by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining a record of past attendees for legitimate ministry administration purposes. If you would like your information deleted sooner, you may contact us using the details in Section 9 below.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
8. Photography & Video
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for information on photography, video, and audio recording at the Event. Where such material includes identifiable footage of you as part of the general audience, it may be used for the promotional purposes described there, on the basis of the consent given by attending the Event.
9. Your Rights
In accordance with POPIA, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate or outdated personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal or legitimate retention requirements
- Object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances
- Withdraw consent to receive future communications from us at any time

10. Children's Privacy
Where a minor attends the Event, we expect a parent or legal guardian to have registered on their behalf or to be present and responsible for them, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
